At Rui.cares, most pieces are made to order, thoughtfully crafted only after your purchase is confirmed. Ready-to-ship pieces will be shipped within 3 business days of the order date.
This approach helps us minimize waste and celebrate mindful craftsmanship. While each creation takes time and care, we ensure that your order reaches you as swiftly and securely as possible.
All orders are processed from our atelier in Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery.
For domestic shipments, we use DTDC , Delhiver, shiprocket and speed post. For international deliveries, we collaborate with DHL Express, FedEx, and Aramex and India post
Please note that Sundays and public holidays are non-working days and are not included in standard delivery timelines.
Domestic Shipping
- Complimentary shipping across India.
- For express delivery, a fee of ₹250 will be applicable.
- All prices are inclusive of GST.
Order Processing & Tracking (Domestic)
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation from us.
Each piece is dispatched within 15–20 business days from the date of order.
Upon dispatch, a tracking link will be shared via email, allowing you to follow your order’s journey with ease.
International Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the destination, parcel weight, and volume.
Please note that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are determined by your country’s regulations and must be borne by the recipient. These charges are collected by our logistics partners to clear your parcel through customs.
As these fees vary by destination, we are unable to provide exact estimates prior to shipping.

International orders are dispatched within 15–20 business days from our atelier.
You will receive an email notification with a tracking link once your parcel has been shipped.
