Refund policy
At Rui.cares, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using handwoven materials. Minor variations and irregularities in the weave are natural characteristics of handmade textiles and should not be considered defects.
Colour & Dye Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee colour fastness. Naturally dyed fabrics, especially indigo, may bleed during the first wash. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in such cases.
Please note that slight colour variations may occur due to differences in display settings across monitors, tablets, and mobile devices. We do not accept returns or exchanges for such variations.
Wash & Care
We request you to carefully follow the wash and care instructions provided. Damage caused by improper washing or handling will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Exchange for Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive an incorrect product (in colour, size, or style) or a damaged/defective item, we will happily replace it, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 7 business days of delivery.
- The refund will be initiated after the product is received in our warehouse and inspected.
- The item must be unused, with original tags and invoice intact.
Customized Orders
Products customized as per your request including custom sizing, colour, embroidery, or pattern modifications are not eligible for exchange or refund. However, we are happy to make necessary alterations on the same item, if possible.
Courier & Shipping
Customers are responsible for return or exchange courier charges unless the product received was incorrect or damaged. Only one replacement is permitted per purchase.
Please ensure that the return package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit. We will not be able to replace or refund items damaged in return shipping.
Replacement Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your request.
- If approved, your replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.
- If not approved, the same product will be returned to you.
Please note, we do not offer refunds; replacements will be issued only after quality verification.
